Aruba: season by season
High & dry season. Aruba’s high season runs mid-December through April, when travelers escape the northern cold. Expect wall-to-wall sunshine, highs in the high 80s, the island’s liveliest restaurants and beaches – and the year’s steepest hotel rates. Book several months ahead for this window.
Hurricane & low season. Because Aruba sits outside the main hurricane track, its September-October low season is far safer than on most Caribbean islands, and it’s the cheapest time to go. You’ll see a bit more cloud and the odd brief shower, but rarely a washed-out day.
Shoulder season (best value). May, June and November are the sweet spot: warm, dry and quieter, with lower rates than winter and no real storm worry. Summer runs hot, but the famous trade winds keep the beaches comfortable.
