Who each village is for (and who should skip it)
Caribbean Village
Pick it if: your kids are 3 to 8 and want the waterpark all day. It’s the closest village to the waterpark, the main pool and the most restaurants.
Skip it if: you want quiet. Being next to the action means more noise.
French Village
Pick it if: grandparents are coming or your kids are older. It’s calm without being far away, and it has the biggest suite on property (F3 sleeps 14).
Skip it if: you have toddlers who need the waterpark every hour. It’s a longer walk.
Italian Village
Pick it if: room quality comes first, you want a swim-up suite, or two families want one big suite. Italian has the most high-occupancy family suites.
Skip it if: you have very young kids. It’s one of the furthest from the waterpark (the shuttle helps).
Key West Village
Pick it if: it’s your first Beaches trip or you’re stretching the budget. You still get every restaurant, pool and kids’ program, and it’s the quietest village.
Skip it if: you want a butler but not a villa. In Key West, butler service comes only with the villa and butler-suite categories.
Seaside Village
Pick it if: the beach is the point of the trip. It sits right on the sand, and its modern rooms run larger than average.
Skip it if: you want to be closest to the waterpark and main activity hub.
Treasure Beach Village
Pick it if: it’s a milestone trip. It works like a resort within the resort, with its own beach, pool, restaurant and butler teams, plus full access to everything else.
Skip it if: budget matters, or your family will spend every waking hour at the kids’ club anyway.

Five things that decide the booking
- Two families? Book one reservation. Two separate bookings made the same day can land in different villages. One linked reservation is what gets you placed together.
- Give the room code, not the room name. Several room names repeat across villages. Codes like F3 or G2 get you an exact answer.
- Big suites and swim-ups go first. In our booking records, families in suites that sleep 6+ booked a median 8.4 months ahead. See how far ahead families book →
- More bedrooms doesn’t mean more people. The Key West 4-bedroom villa sleeps 10, while the French Village 3-bedroom suite sleeps 14.
- Butler service pays off most with kids. Your butler handles dining and character-experience reservations for the whole group, which saves a lot of planning time on a family trip.

Let us match the exact room
The finder narrows down the village. We’ll price the exact rooms for your dates, apply current Beaches offers, and hold the room. There’s no fee, and it’s the same price as booking direct.
