The short version:
  • The Elf on the Shelf Beaches Resorts program runs November 27 through December 25, 2026, at Beaches Turks and Caicos and Beaches Jamaica Negril, for a fourth year.
  • New for 2026: a 5-guest Elf on the Shelf suite at Beaches Negril on Seven Mile Beach. The 7-guest suite in the Italian Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos returns.
  • Both suites take arrivals November 25, 2026 through January 3, 2027, subject to availability.
  • The Beaches Winter Escapes Sale (up to $1,400 instant credit plus up to $750 air credit) has a book-by date of November 2, 2026 — three days from today.

If your family’s Scout Elf has been angling for a beach vacation, Beaches Resorts confirmed on October 29, 2026 that The Elf on the Shelf is back at Beaches Turks and Caicos and Beaches Jamaica Negril from November 27 through December 25, 2026. The headline change this year is a second themed suite: Beaches Negril gets its own Elf on the Shelf Caribbean Vacation Suite, sleeping up to five, on Jamaica’s Seven Mile Beach.

The partnership now runs through the 2028 holiday season, so this is not a one-off. The 2026 dates, and the sale that closes November 2, are what matter if you’re booking now.

What’s included for every family (no suite required)

You do not have to book the themed suite to get the program. At both resorts, every guest gets the weekly Sweet Island Soirée (music, dancing, desserts, crafts and Scout Elf surprises), weekly outdoor movie nights from the Elf on the Shelf Santaverse collection, and Scout Elf Central, the hub for scavenger hunts, crafts, Christmas karaoke and storytime. Bring your own Scout Elf; the gift shops sell them if you don’t have one.

Families in any Butler suite get one extra layer: their Scout Elf goes on the V.I.E. list (Very Important Scout Elves), and the Jingle Shell Butler delivers miniature milk and cookies, mini marshmallow baths and festive trail mix through the stay. Our own Beaches butler converted me from a skeptic (every dinner reservation handled, a golf-cart pickup in the rain, a cabana with lunch ordered to it), and the elf treats are the small thing kids remember.

What it means: a 2-family group of 7 or fewer can do the Turks and Caicos suite as one booking; a family of 5 now has a Negril option that usually costs less to fly to. There is one of each suite, and the Turks and Caicos one is back after what Beaches calls a successful debut, so this is a book-it-today room, not a think-about-it room.

Beaches Turks and Caicos or Beaches Negril for the elf trip?

Let airfare pick the island. Jamaica has far more flights and cheaper fares than Providenciales, and for a family of four that difference often pays for a room upgrade. Negril is the livelier beach (other resorts, locals, vendors) with fewer air-conditioned escapes; Grace Bay at Beaches Turks and Caicos feels private, with nearly half a mile of sand, 858 rooms in five villages and 23 restaurants. We compared them village by village in Beaches Negril vs Beaches Turks and Caicos.

One date detail to watch: the press release and the top of Beaches’ own Elf on the Shelf page say the activities run through December 25, while the FAQ lower on that same page says December 31. If you’re arriving after Christmas, have us confirm what’s still running for your week before you count on it.

The money hack: go in the first three weeks

The program starts November 27, but holiday pricing doesn’t. In our own Beaches Turks and Caicos bookings, early December stays (before the 18th) ran about 30% below the all-year median per night, while December 18–31 ran roughly double. Christmas week itself is about $1,875–$2,375+ a night for a family of four in an entry-level room, which I broke down in what a holiday week at Beaches Turks and Caicos really costs. A December 5–10 stay gets the Soirée, the movie nights, Scout Elf Central and the decorated resort at the cheapest point in the program. The decorations are a real value-add; the Christmas-week price is optional.

The second piece is the sale. As shown on Pixie Vacations’ Sandals and Beaches deals page on October 30, 2026, the Beaches Winter Escapes Sale is up to $1,400 instant credit plus up to $750 air credit, book by November 2, 2026, with the instant credit valid for travel through December 31, 2028. $1,400 matches the most Beaches has offered in a named sale in the four years we’ve tracked them (the Beaches median is about $412). Credits scale with room category and length of stay, so the butler suites above are the rooms where the full amount shows up. Payment plans run until final payment, so booking by Monday, November 2 locks the credit without paying the trip off this week.

What this means if you’re booking

  • Want one of the two themed suites? Book now, even for a late-December arrival. One of each exists, and families booking suites that sleep 6 or more at Beaches Turks and Caicos have booked a median 8.4 months out.
  • Want the program, not the suite? Any room works. November 27 through December 17 gets the full lineup at pre-holiday prices; Butler suites add the V.I.E. elf perks.
  • Booking any Beaches stay in the next two years? The $1,400 Winter Escapes credit needs a deposit by November 2, 2026. If a better offer comes out for your room before final payment, we apply it.
