  • Families booked Beaches Turks & Caicos a median of 5.5 months before arrival, about 5 weeks earlier than couples booking Sandals.
  • Families in suites that sleep 6+ booked earliest, a median of 8.4 months ahead, and more than 1 in 3 booked a year or more out.
  • 1 in 6 families booked inside 2 months, so late bookings are common. Standard rooms are usually still open; the big suites and swim-ups sell out first.
  • Per night, October ran 17% below the all-year median and early December 30% below. March ran 41% above.

Monthly price figures are per-night booking values relative to the all-year median, not published rates. Party sizes vary and some trips were rebooked, so treat these as patterns, not quotes. September and Christmas week had too few bookings to report on their own. We publish percentages rather than dollar amounts from client bookings.
