Quick answer: Sandals and Beaches opened two new sales on August 7, 2026. The Sandals Great Jamaica Comeback Sale covers every Sandals resort in Jamaica with up to $1,500 in instant credits, up to $350 in air credit, and a free Island Routes excursion for two. The Beaches Endless Summer Sale covers Beaches Turks & Caicos and Beaches Negril with up to $1,000 in instant credits and up to $750 in air credit. Both close to new reservations on September 7, 2026, and both allow travel through December 31, 2028.

What is actually in the Sandals Great Jamaica Comeback Sale

The Jamaica offer is the bigger of the two, and the name is not accidental — it is timed to the reopening of three renovated Jamaica resorts later this year. Per the terms reported by Caribbean Journal on August 7, 2026:

BenefitDetail
Instant creditsUp to $1,500, varying by resort, room category and length of stay
Air creditUp to $350 on eligible stays of five nights or longer, travel January 1 – June 30, 2027
Island Routes excursionComplimentary Jamaican adventure for two on qualifying five-night-plus stays, valid through December 25, 2027 — options include bamboo river rafting, YS Falls and a Dunn’s River Falls catamaran cruise
Free nightOne complimentary night at select resorts on qualifying stays of seven nights or longer
Web booking bonus$100 for eligible clients
Booking windowNew reservations through September 7, 2026
Travel windowThrough December 31, 2028

The credit is the number worth reading carefully. “Up to $1,500” is not a flat discount — it scales with room category and nights. A four-night stay in an entry-level room will not see the same credit as a nine-night butler suite, and the difference between those two outcomes is often larger than the difference between two resorts you are choosing between.

Why this sale exists right now: the $200 million Jamaica reopening

Sandals is reopening three renovated Jamaica resorts inside a five-week window this winter, under a US$200 million programme the company calls Sandals 2.0. Per Sandals’ June 18, 2026 announcement:

  • Sandals South Coast — returns November 18, 2026, 380 rooms
  • Sandals Montego Bay — returns December 18, 2026, 255 rooms
  • Sandals Caribbean Cay (formerly Sandals Royal Caribbean) — returns December 18, 2026, 291 rooms including 84 new ones

That is 926 rooms coming back into the Jamaica inventory in about a month. New dining arrives with them, including Buccan, Scrimshaw, Suppa, Butch’s Island Chop House and the Bay Roc Rum Club, plus 12 SkyPool Suites at Caribbean Cay and the brand’s first double queen room concept. We covered the reopening dates in detail in our Sandals Jamaica reopening guide.

Here is the part the wire coverage skips. A resort that reopens in December has a sales problem in January and February, not in December — opening weeks sell themselves. The Great Jamaica Comeback Sale runs travel all the way to the end of 2028 precisely because Sandals needs the shoulder months after the ribbon-cutting filled. If your dates are flexible, the softest pricing on these three properties will not be opening week.

The Beaches Endless Summer Sale, and the resort count nobody corrects

The family-side offer covers two resorts — Beaches Turks & Caicos and Beaches Negril:

Two resorts, not three. Beaches Ocho Rios closed permanently on May 31, 2025, and a surprising number of comparison articles and forum replies still price trips against it. If you are reading a “which Beaches resort” piece that lists three Jamaica options, it is out of date.

Note also that the catamaran cruise is written as “for up to four guests.” For a couple, that is a free excursion. For a family of six, it is a partial one. Small print like that is where the difference between the advertised value and the delivered value lives.

Which of the two is the better deal?

On headline numbers the Jamaica sale wins on instant credit ($1,500 vs $1,000) and the Beaches sale wins on air credit ($750 vs $350). For a couple flying from Atlanta on a seven-night Sandals Jamaica stay, the instant credit is usually the larger lever. For a family of four flying to Providenciales — where nonstops are fewer and fares run higher — the $750 air credit frequently outweighs the smaller room credit.

That is the honest comparison, and it is also why the answer changes per booking. The credits stack against your specific room category, nights and travel dates, and the only way to know which sale serves you better is to price both.

What to do before September 7

Both offers close to new reservations on September 7, 2026. Because the travel window runs to the end of 2028, this is one of the rare sales where booking early costs you nothing in flexibility — you are locking the promotion, not the year.

If you want the two priced side by side against your actual dates, our team at Pixie Vacations will run both at no charge, and Sandals price parity means you pay exactly what you would pay booking direct. For honeymoon and couples-specific offers, Pixie Honeymoons keeps a running index of current Sandals and Beaches deals. And if you would rather see the resorts before you decide, the Griz All Inclusive channel has long-format walkthroughs of most of them.
